I am a homeowner!

The house closed yesterday. I found out via fax. Who would have thought such news would be THIS anti-climactic?! Still, I cannot complain. Actually, I'm stoked!! Gonna go back to do some major work on my place this weekend. YAY!!

My favorite Honus is in town as of tonight! Soooo nice to hang for a while since I rarely ever see him.
