Also been on the hunt for a house to buy. Things have been insanely awesome but super scary at the same time-- I mean, how the hell did I get approved for a mortgage anyway??

My younger siser Erin will be moving to our fair city at the end of the month--- look out all you slightly ethnic boys! I can't flippin' wait to have family (not to mention my best friend) in the same zipcode as myself. The parentals are flying out here with her first for a few interviews she has lined up. She then proceeds to fly back to western PA and THEN make the cross country trek in the civic. Seems like flippin' yesterday that I... wait, ew. I'll stop.

Also awesome has been my job and its propect for the future. Let's just say I'll be steadily employed both at disney AND with freelance stuff for quite some time. Weeee! More time to save for house downpayment stuff!

If all that wasn't enough, this just might be mine this weekend. YEAH!!....
