Jon Brion

I've been researching some songwriters for new main titles at work and have completely fallen in love with the work of Jon Brion. The Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and I Heart Huckabees soundtracks have been on constant rotation in iTunes the past few days. It's not that I didn't know who he was or wasn't familiar with his body of work, I simply never listened to it out of the context of the films it accompanies. Great stuff. We managed to find his album called "Meaningless" and I definately recommend it. He also most notably collaborated with Kanye West on his new album and the early parts of Fiona Apple's overdue album, "Extraordinary Machine".
